Terre di sole Sangiovese 2006 $13

C- was a bit sharp and disappointing at first, but on second night it
was mellow and smooth, really nice.

T-really developed excellently, maybe thinned out overnight?

Mystery bottle that turned up in our London flat, semi expensive online?


C- nice Rioja smell, but a lighter flavor. Very nice and drinkable.

T- drank more than usual, no comments though.

C vanilla and quite pleasant for a US wine, worth $15 but not $25.99!

T pretty good! Vanilla. Too much of the first one to say anything
coherent though.

Langmeul three gardens Shiraz/Grenache/mourvedre

2005 barossa valley,Australia

C-quite nice, light but tannic. Doesn't taste Australian.

T- fruity, not much to say!

T just can't get into it! Too astringent?

C juicy, might be nice chilled, not worth it.

Isole e Olena 2004 Chianti Classico ($38)

T vanilla, tannins, good stuff!

C a bit tannic, probably great as a bottle on its own.
